Summary
eValid uses the Java JRE in the 3D-SiteMap applet and in the functional test and load testing Performance Charting applets.

NOTE: Please perform this check whenever you encounter an "Object doesn't support this property or method" error message.

For these features to operate correctly you need to have a minimum version of the Sun Java JRE. If you don't already have it, click here to Download The Latest Java JRE.

• Using Built-In JRE
  If you are using the JRE that is built into Windows, and your 3D-SiteMaps and Charts work ok, you don't need this page!

• Navigate to Sun's Verification Page
  Simply click on Sun's Verify Your Java Software Installation page. The sample below shows the page that you should navigate to (how you get there varies with the base language and location of your browser).

  

• Click on Verify Installation
  Simply click on "Verify Installation" in the above page to start the JRE verification process.

• Verification Complete
  After a time the verification process will complete automatically and you will be shown a page like this:

  

• Which Version Is Required
  For eValid 3D-SiteMaps and eValid logfile Charts to work correctly you need to have at least 1.5.0_06 showing on this verification page.
